I'm always looking for a lock low and a scooping chance high. A straight flush ace through 5 would suit me every time, though I might have to split the low now and then and lose the high once every couple of years. <G>

The problem with low hands in Omaha 8 is that you need 3 board cards of 8 or less and you don't want your best lows to be counterfeited by the board.

Winning on the high is tougher, but, then, there's a high every hand and there is only a low about half the time. What you have to worry about is trips or two pairs when you know the lows are not going to be chased away with possible straights and flushes in their hands and a split of the pot if they don't get it.
