natural person did you get an answer to why the salaries and expenses exploded? If not that is exactly what the negative comments regarding Jacobs is about. His careless statements are the real reason PYT is not moving up. People in the know do not trust him. You seem to think MJ is just a victim of sour grapes by disappointed investors. I would invite you to just read the titles of the PRs from 1998 to present not the contents just the titles on www.pyng.com and see if you don't see where the cynicism comes from.

We all want Pyng to soar but we would like to have a CEO of Pyng that has the integrity to keep the owners of the company ie shareholders informed of the decisions he is making and why. A 40% increase in non variable expense should be explained in detail to the owners period. But it will not be. Jacobs even promises better communication in the latest MD&A letter but we have heard that at least 10. Jacobs communicates when it is beneficial to him period that is why a new CEO is so critical for Pyng's stock market success. Jacobs is not credible to anyone that has followed the stock for more than 3 months and that is a fact.

You do not see any of the long time posters coming to your side of the argument and the reason is we have the history and have read the PRs and know the deception.
