I wonder what your reaction would be if I praised Rush Limbaugh, his resume and his influence. You might even call his opinions 'whacked' for all I know.

Which one? I haven't listened to Rush since I retired. My usual job commute was a three hour commute out on Monday. Rush was on the air during the last hour to hour and a half of that commute. Kept me awake. He clearly doesn't understand his adversaries political views. And won't win the Bates award. And doesn't have a resume. ;-)

But he was fun to listen to. I had the most fun with the dittohead stuff. That was exactly right.

The other interesting part of that commute was listening to Imus.

At the end of the week, on my commute back, my classes ran too late to hear Rush. Got a taste of G. Gordon Liddy and Oliver North. Much, much chuckles.

Now I have XM Satellite in the car. I would certainly miss all that in favor of the three wonderful classic music stations.
