Talked to Mike today Heres the info I got as an FYI Salary increase was 90% related to new headcount. He does not anticipate meaningful increases in salary expense going forward. Monthly sales numbers are not going to be a regularlly scheduled event unless there is something significant about them for example a record sales month. He expects to continue to see sequential top-line sales increases. That satisfies me for now. Assuming we keep salary and consulting expenses in line and continue to grow revenues I will be happy.
