Oddly enough driving out players is a bad thing to do since it limits what you can win!
I saw a hand in Vegas one time. Huge stakes (for me) $500 limit.
Ante was relatively small. $20 perhaps?
Guy showing a King bet 500, and someone behind him raised showing a low card. Everone dropped out but the guy with kings.

Thereafter $500 bet on every card.
The best that guy could do was split the ante (couple hundred bucks at best)

He risked $3000 to split a couple hundred.
BTW he lost.
The guy with the low hand also hit a straight.

F* playing high
Note, I would consider calling in last position on such a hand if everyone looked hesitant but I would not call a bet right in front of me with players behind that might raise. No way in hell. QQQ in that situation is an easy toss. I have done it twice with queens.

The guy in Vegas had three wired kings turned to me (a kibitzer - the only one) and mumbled something. I forget exactly what but he was relly bitching. I responded "you had no business being in that hand". He got extremely upset so I slowly walked away.

I repeat trips are a trap.
