Albright in 1998:

And here is Madame Albright at her jingoist best, on TV the day

However Albright was not without compassion:

On May 21 1998 she signed an agreement between
the U.S. and six Latin American countries to protect dolphins,
declaring: "This is one of the strongest agreements ever negotiated to conserve marine life.
