It's all for show anyway. The Kurds are going to declare independence and what are the Sunnis gonna do about it? The will wait until the US is preoccupied with a Chinese invasion of the Spratley Islands or is tossing bombs at Persia. I bet the Kurds are working the Chinese on a deal for a pipeline in exchange for arms, especially missiles so they can defend against their historic oppressors the Turks. It's all ugly and uglier from here on down.
