Instead of calling for a return to more traditional values in time of war, he calls for a new value, but fails to mention what it might be. You can't go back on this kind of charge. It's like demanding a return to debtor's prisons. I usually recoil when someone uses "traitor" or "treason" when talking about an act. Jane Fonda comes to mind. You might feel that way, but you are looked upon as going overboard.
