Clinton beat the Serbs without a single US casualty, and with excellent international cooperation. What do you mean "Clinton's mess"? Kosovo is falling apart on Bush's watch. If you want a mess look at Iraq. That is a FUBAR out of control trillion dollar mess. And pray tell, what is Bush going to do in Kosovo? Nothing. It doesn't have oilfields to grab. He doesn't care about Kosovo anymore than Reagan cared about Saddam gassing the Kurds. Don't you get it? Unless it's a war they can get rich off, Bushies don't give a damn about anywhere in the world. And they're not even grabbing oil for us, just for themselves.
