You are one placing the blame on Bush for the increase in demand world wide. That does not fly here. Two, you are assuming a momentary peak as the price instead of an average.

AS ignores the peaks under Clinton, yet wants us to look only at them under BUsh. Another inconsistency that makes his argument meaningless.
