I agree completely. If you want to say Dallas is a bad place to live, the same can be said for 95% of the cities in the U.S. Either the climate sucks or it's so full of pan-handlers and cramped people - there is no perfect place, except perhaps Palo Alto, San Francisco or Pasadena
