I think the stock price decline is very much overdone.

Whle I think the management was doing a fairly good job, it doesn't surprise me that a company that's recently gone public would manage to trip like this. Actions that were acceptable for a private company don't wash with a public one. That was the one negative. Their occasional problem getting the financials audited and released in time are a similar mark of a company that's learning to play in the big leagues.

Neither of those items change the essentials of the business. Their growth and operational strategies have been established and can continue with new management. More importantly, the customers will continue to come through the door and will continue to tell their friends as they have all along. They don't care or know about management shakeups. I've actually thought that the CEOs departure is a sign that the company will live by its bylaws and the SEC regulations as compared to some companies that have boards that won't even slap the wrist of a manager who has acted inappropriately. Which kind of company do you want to own stock in: one that doesn't care what the managers do, or one that actually makes sure that they act responsibly?

But ouch, does this slide hurt!
