Okay, now that we've gotten the "sparring" done, let's
get to some facts.

1. No one has said anything about their listening to
the conference call. donpat and jmhollen, did you guys
at least listen to the CC. I am new, but it seems that
donpat has at least made up his own site and I sincerely
would be interested in listening to what his read on the
CC was. jmhollen too, as he is a moderator on this
board.

2. jmhollen and donpat, do you have the same position
now that you had before the conference call? Did you
sell any shares the day before the conference call?

3. The mgt. of NNGY, at least the Pres., Dr. Zoltan Kiss seems to have all the right credentials. There is a wealth
of info on him if you search yahoo or google. Perhaps he will bring other colleagues of his on board. I ask again, anyone else do any checking on mgt?

4. So let me understand what this board is about. So if I have questions, and those questions are questions that refer to a potential negative, then that person is a target for banishment? If they have something good to add, then they are allowed to comment? This is more like a form of communism if that is the case. Is it a prerequisite for one to be an owner of said shares in stock to make negative comments?

Thanks ahead of time for answers.
