Bush is the one who let 9-11 happen. Any fool seeing the 8-6-01 warning about Bin Lauden being prepared to strike within the US using hijackings would have at least made a single phonecall to the FBI. Bush is busted on that one. Clinton had a 24/7 Al Qaida desk in the WH which Bush disbanded and did not replace. Bush also called the FBI off the Saudis in the US, and let all the big Saudis go right after 9-11 without interrogation. Clinton fired 300 Cruise missiles at Osama and his training camps. Bush called a cease fire at Tora Bora and let Osama get away, then said he was not concerned about him anymore. Last we've heard from Osama and n ow terrorism is up 400% over last year. So I can understand why you're trying to blame Bush's failures on Clinton.
