I believe if you will read the the background, you will find that Gift did receive a compromise from the judge on the time to return their
brief and I believe Mel, in an earlier post, gave a plausable explanation for the delay. I hope most people on the thread are reading beyond the spelling and concentrating on the content. I do not know who was responsible for the spelling and therefore will make no further comment on it. I am not a good speller myself and when pressed for time with something important to say, I often don't proof my text. However, I have never heard of a counsel that lost a case on spelling, although I am sure that now someone will turn up on the thread to prove me wrong. We will know soon enough what merit the case will have. From the price of the stock, I would say there may be some that agree with you. As for myself, the more I read, the better I feel about my investment.
