Not much inventory change in my zip code lately--at least in the $500K to $1 million range. Today (Aug 17)........46 listings, 5 of which have contracts. On Aug 5....50 listings. (This is only one zip code in Northern Virginia and in no way represents the whole of a very large and geographically spread out market. If I had access to my former handy-dandy MLS system, I could slice and dice the data much more easily on a larger scale and would REALLY know what was going on.)
