Can say with a straight face that you are not biased in your opinions? I'm at least trying to be fair, calling Air America's action immoral and saying they deserve investigation. Are you trying to be fair?

Did Rush not admit to the world that he was addicted to prescription pain killers? Straight from the horses mouth. What else do you people need for evidence. He even said as much himself. How did he obtain all those pills? Was it all done above board? I doubt it, but as long as the courts haven't convicted him of a crime I guess I'll give him a pass. Do you think Rush's admitted drug addiction is immoral in any way? If no, how do you rationalize?

Let Air America have their day in court like anyone else. They might not have technically broken any laws, no matter how unethical their actions were. Obtaining a loan is not illegal. You believe in capitalism right? They can borrow money from whomever, as long as they don't default on it and as long as it's not against that organization's bylaws. Even if they did default on it, such is life. Should we also be angry at some corporation that defaults on its loans and isn't able to pay them back. Air America's conduct is suspicous and perhaps unethical, but is it really any worse than what a lot of corporate America does. Companies default on loans all of the time, and guess what, it's not illegal to do so under certain circumstances. Is there actually any EVIDENCE that Air America has defaulted on this loan in question? If so, please present it, or else your case against them is non-existent, because then we're just talking about outstanding debt, big deal!
