Huh? Clinton and Gore gave it all away to the Chinese. Where have you been? China is going to name their moonbase "Monica".... Before Clinton China couldn't hit the broadside of a barn. Thanks to Clinton they're going to the moon.... A great liberal accomplishment I guess....
