When someone tells a journalist how great a company or product is, it's called good PR. Everyone just assumes the person passing on the "good news" is long, so no big deal as long as his info is accurate, right? But when the person passing on the news is negative and he's short the stock, even if the information is dead accurate, it's suddenly a RICO conspiracy, right?
