Hi Bill,

That was my first impression as well.

I've read a second quote that suggests they'll keep their test business except the memory test.

Logis test and the many other i.e. RFID test still remain their core competancy.

Cohu's pick and place and ATC cooling, is all well within these categories of test - So is Teradyne.
