Ruff, remember GENI? Wallstreet firms lent the same shares to shorts and then lent them to another firm which lent them to shorts and then that firm lent the same stock to another firm which lent them to shorts? ect.

Wonder if this is happening in Overstock?

In GENI there where restricted shares which where scrubbed and lent out but I do not think this is happening here.

Do not think there is any naked shorting going on by hedge funds. Hedge Funds can not naked short.

Khashoggi still uncharged in massive GENI fraud so nobody should look for the SEC to do anything accept for go after low lying fruit such as penny stock scammers.

Anyone notice Brent Baker is the attorney for Overstock?

He is a good man.
