argh, GOOG selling up to 14.8 Mn shares to raise $4 Bln +.
early premarket about 276. I don't know why they want the cash, maybe have an acquisition in mind or want to buy more BIDU. Could be anything. I was under the impression the float had already become large enough so it wouldn't hinder S&P inclusion so I doubt that's a reason. They're certainly blindsiding people with this. I picked up a few more shares yesterday, probably not great timing.
