As evidenced by low price on this stock all the MONEY TRAIN talk will not a bug of difference in terms of influencing the market, so it should probably be regarded as IRRELEVANT. (A top ten trader rule: Never buy on rumors.") However, if there are deals in the works, they always take time to assemble and, from my experience, they always take longer than originally expected because Lawyers love to make some money, too, and they get paid by the hour... More hours questioning details, more profit for the sharks. (Anyone interested in my favorite lawyer jokes?) Issues that may make SW a Speculative Buy: 1. Franklin is a very cute character, endorsed by and tied into Junior Scholastic and schools. He is Unique, Identifiable and Marketable. (I am in marketing) 2. CW owns a million shares which she will not want to use as wallpaper. 3. The company isn't going to go bankrupt and therefore has a future. (Speculation) Regarding this discussion thread: Paul and Bart are entertainers, and every board could use a couple of guys like these.
