Amen. Except that some problems can't be fixed, they can only be managed. This is one of those problems.

I had a few hair raising hours last night, reading old news reports and archived trial testimony and so forth. There were numerous federal cases ongoing in the federal court in Manhattan in 2001, and the prosecutors were interviewing witnesses, and cross-examining defendants, and they were all telling us that we were under attack, and that the attacks were not going to end.

There's no end to it. All we can do is manage intelligence better, and try to cut them off at the pass.
