Let's see is English your first or second language? Ah, this must be the "substance" you keep talking about, to contrast with my scurrilous "attacks". I stated specifically that people would not likely invest to "get shorty." Foolish way to invest. Foolish, granted. But "not likely" that people would invest on such a thesis? Oh boy! If you dare to steer yourself outside the relatively sheltered waters of SI out into the wilds of Raging Bull, iHub and the Yahoo! boards, you will see for yourself very widespread advocacy of just such an investing "strategy". You've stated twice now that if Byrne successfully litigates against Rocker, OSTK stock will very likely increase in value. If you were as certain as you appear to be that Rocker is a bunch of crooks and Byrne is in the right here, why wouldn't you want to try to take advantage of the expected windfall? That's assuming there is some knowledge in the poster. If it makes you feel better, I'll admit that it's unlikely that every single person to whom you've applied the "hedgie defender" label, knew what they were talking about.
