From Briefing.com: Google: Prudential estimates that the dilutive impact of new shares will be muted by interest income from offering proceeds (278.65 -6.45) -Update- Firm adjusting its numbers for the proposed dilution of the share base, however, Prudential estimates that the $4 bln in proceeds should throw off approx $120 million of interest income pretax (or $85 million after-tax), thereby eliminating much of the dilution from the new shares.
