Mebbe so, but it isn't helping the price of homes go down around here.

I can't wait to hear back from John Vosilla after he takes a look at the scarce housing inventory in zip code 22101 and renders his verdict.

If inventory is "up" in Northern Virginia, then a quick look at the available housing supply should give a good idea of just how tight it was before. <<gg>>
