[NDX] Yes .. it means that the Sto and MACD are in Bounce area. The last bottom pivot is still intact. Todays candle has turned out to be a form of an imperfect doji ... which basically means .. indecision. So .. it means ... I'd lean toward the grind to be to the Dark Side. I just don't think you'll get a Big Bear Bite though .. the 50dma is just below the 34. And Momentum to the down side has subsided.
