Tom, You don't get to a 52-week low and below-cash valuation by being company of the year. If you have gotten on my stock screen you've done something wrong. I see this stock has done horrendously. The question is if it is a buy from here. Your comments tell me to stay away, but they seem related more to the past than to the future. When everyone is disgusted with a stock, that can be a good time to buy. The question is whether things will deteriorate further from here. Risks look like potential lawsuits, delisting, further cash burn. Thanks MC
