Sold my PFE at a small loss after the MRK verdict. Too much uncertainty in big pharma given the tendency of US juries to treat these cases as winning the lottery.

I have said it before and I will say it again, the US tort/jury system is a big disavantage that counteracts many of the other advantages for businesses here. The Republicans tried to correct some of that (one of the few things I agree with them) but are now too weak to complete the job before the Democrats take over.
