Stonebridge Enters Joint Venture with Explorer's Alliance Corporation;
Company Continues to Exploit Advanced Exploration Opportunities

CARSON CITY, Nev., Jun 22, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Stonebridge Resources Exploration Ltd. (NQB:SBGX) today announced that the Company has entered into a joint venture agreement with Toronto-based, Explorer's Alliance Corporation. The companies are 50%/50% partners in their first project, a recently completed drill hole program located in Robb Township - Timmins, Ontario.

This "Half Moon Project" encompassed an exploration hole totaling 392 meters. This drill hole was successful in delineating and confirming the extension of geology to the south and east. The joint venture partners plan to tests 24 previously-drilled holes and sections within the next 30 days for massive sulphite targets.

"Stonebridge is committed to effectuating a combination of joint ventures with strong partners, like Explorer's Alliance, in proven mineralized areas to establish several producing mines and become a significant North American mining company," stated Harold Pizel, President.
