Ted, More typical are the Barretts who have worked their way up a corporation. Their work is not worth worth millions nor is a golden parachute worth more millions warranted if they screw up the company.

Nothing wrong with working hard and getting promoted for it. But the golden parachute is a concept that has to be killed. Too many execs giving each other perks at the expense of the "little peeple."

They should be paid more than the employees under them......but millions......I don't think so. We have become so corrupted that we think that kind of payscale is reasonable when its not.

Sure, the payscale is lopsided, but that's life. Lots of Hollywood liberals also paid very well for talent that isn't much better than some off-Broadway actor struggling to make ends meet. Of course, I don't see any of them giving up their lifestyles just because they think they're paid too much.
