The biggest reason many Americans say we should not leave Iraq: "Well if we leave we will have lost all that we've tried to accomplish". That is the same thing that was said about Vietnam. Facing the acknowledgement that we went after something unachievable is a logic that I believe. We had a bad premise for the war. Bush lied us into it, and is hoping we don't spot his con. His carriers as Powell are so ashamed we don't see him much anymore. I think we are now spotting his con. Said so earlier this week.
