I have been a member for years, gamerpro28, (since March, a different screen name in the 90's), but could not recall my login, so I joined fresh today. I owned 40k shares, so I have suffered along with the rest.
If you were part of whatever that company was that merged with sexi (Icmx?), or whatever, again, back in the 90's, it will be interesting to see how those shares are dealt with.
Wait and see about the information if you don't believe it. Enough years have passed that many probably didn't get their claims in on time, or at all.
From the web site link they also say, as of a few days ago, that they are in the phase where they are going through the claims and denying some. I won't say any thing additional at this time, due to your remarks.
Seems you have a problem with my providing information and joining on the same day. I didn't need to comment at all, but felt that those legally owed compensation might like to know that they will get much more than the pennies/dollar you have predicted for years.
Enjoy.
From Link: Update August 15, 2005. The period for submitting claims has passed and the initial review of claims has been completed. Claimants whose claims do not appear to meet the criteria set forth in the Plan of Distribution or who need to provide additional information have been notified. Following the final determination of allowed claims and allowed class action claims, Court approval necessary for the distribution of the Disgorgement Funds and the Class Action Settlement Fund will be sought. Please be patient as the completion of the claim administration process will take time. You may check this website for further updates.
