The SAT test scores of American High School Students have reversed direction, and are now at their higest levels since the late 60's despite greater participation of minorities and the poor. Despite being involved in an international war al Qaeda (and a continuation of the war against Iraq), including a historic attack upon American civilians and historic loss of life, the restrictions on Civil rights under Bush have been less than: restrictions seen during the Cold War, restrictions on civil rights FDR imposed during World War 2, the restictions on civil rights Wilson imposed during World War One, or the restrictions on civil rights Lincoln imposed during the Civil War. Do you really think if the U.S. leaves Iraq that Zarqawi (or bin Laden) would stop attacking the United States or Americans - before you answer, Zaqawi tried to blow up a Radisson (frequently used by Americans) Hotel in 1999 and in 2002 (before the invasion of Iraq) Zarqawi had an American Diplomat, (USAID dipomat)Laurence Foley killed?
