Lines for the emergency room are so long that people choose not to go there until they absolutely have to i.e. only when their children's health goes from bad to worse and beyond.

So a child that has cold doesn't get cared for until it becomes pneumonia. But you are fine with that -- after a child is born, it is worthless for the pro-birth folks.
