The Military Sales Report Answers Some
but not all of your questions. In the first place, the "unit price" is shown and in most cases appears to be between $119.55 and $164.95 for 2005 sales. This pretty well HAS to represent the price of "single" F.A.S.T.-1's. In 2005 there were 39 items sold ( part of the 995 items sold to date) where the unit price was $1,649.50. I believe these were special training kits.
Personally I do not believe that there are thousands of F.A.S.T.-1 military sales lurking under a different NIIN number's. However, ANYTHING is possible and I look forward to you or others unearthing the rest. I've done MY bit!
