Idiot! If you have insurance, you will go to the doctor before it becomes an emergency. If you don't, then the condition will have to deteriorate before it can be called an emergency. So the child you were so particular had a right to be born has to suffer now, and you don't give a damn. Apparently, its rights are taken away when it is born.
