I think the Dems should claim to have a "secret plan" for ending the war in Iraq. They don't really have to have a plan, and not having one will help keep it "secret"! They can claim it's "secret" because to reveal the plan would be to tip their hand to the insurgents. Actually having no plan will work great for '06 purposes, since none of them will even have any plan to leak. (I ripped this idea off from an old Richard Nixon campaign - it worked for him!)
