Can I recommend Global National Communications Corporation (GLNC) - Bul Bd stock - 52 wk range is .62 to $9.60 - now @ .74 - & I think we’re headed back to the $10 level within 12 months

GLNC is consistently profitable - but only works out to a few cents a share every qtr. GLNC makes phones & electronicsl for mainland Chinese market. Growing nice. So I cant explain the drop in stock price.

Per 8-K, maybe the lack of filing is the reason for depressed share price - but 8-K says GLNC will file their 10-Q within 15 days after due date & teh acquisition delayed the filing - & no big changes in results of operatrions - so i guess that means they'll be profitable again - i just can't see why this stock is so cheap & not closer to the old ytd high of $9.60

on 4/7/05 they sold convertible debentures @ 8% - the terms are unbelievable - convertible option @ $4 - then warrantts @ $4.50 strike price - granted an 8% yield shows glnc isn't IBM-quality - but the conversion prices show that just several months ago that investors thought very highly of the company

sales are growing nicely & just announced “400 Per Cent Increase in Sales Revenue for the Next 12 Months”
