When women started a networking group at General Electric in 1997 about a decade ago the corp. i worked with had a womens group, black group, and gay group that met monthly on corp time to discuss how management treated them in the organization, how improvements could be suggested or actions to be taken to correct areas needing attention. I wonder how many groups they now have in the corp. g
