Bush hoisted himself as the President of the US with the help of crooks like Karl Rove. He has not succeeded in anything since being President.

He hoisted himself as the President of Iraq with the help of the US military. He has yet to show any success there. NOt only has it become a training ground for the terrorists (his CIA chief Porter Goss says that). Now people are saying that Iraq is on the verge of a civil war and possible disintegration.
