In the larger time frames even now I'm not sold on down. Yes it may have double-topped but as I have said to you before I have never really been able to do read DELL that well. I am neutral at this point. As long as the $HWI remains in its 2002 upchannel I am still bullish on most of these types of stocks. I am looking to pick up some IBM this week even.
