And the pathology of the right is that you refuse to look at the facts. The slices are being cut in favor of the rich.

The size of each piece of cake is decided by the job market, based on what an employer needs to pay to attract a competent employee for the job.

I know you socialists would prefer a commissar to set the pay rates, or actually, would prefer to be the commissar who sets the pay scales.

Again, you are either stupid or ignorant or both. For decades, more and more of the country's wealth has become concentrated in the hands of fewer and fewer people. Study after study has shown that the rich are getting richer at a rate faster than the total wealth of this country is growing. Hence, the lower classes are losing out to the rich. And still, you want to defend the rich.

Unfortunately, you appear to be stuck in some "commisar" time warp where all nation states are the same as the one where you grew up and everything that is apropo there applies here. It does not. In fact, the commisar you feared in Eastern Europe is the corporate slob here in the US.

Instead of the cake going more and more to these slobs, I want the lower and middle classes to get their due. That isn't socialism, that's just being fair........a very American trait about which you need to learn more.
