FAST1 are sold in packs of 10 when the user expects to use 10 or more selling in 1s and 2s seems popular lately with the military as is certainly does not comport with Pyngs statement June 6, 2005- "The roll-out of the TC3 training program will standardize the FAST1 throughout the US Army and is anticipated to lead to a significant increase in FAST1 orders. In addition, the US Air Force and the US Navy Corpsmen working with the US Marine Corps will be exposed to and utilizing the identical training scheme and thus standardizing on the FAST1. ....With the FAST1 now firmly entrenched as the standard Intraosseous device for the US military, Pyng Medical expects to see significant accelerated adoption of the FAST1 in both the domestic US civilian EMS community as well as adoption by foreign military services as they recognize the standardization being taken by the United States Department of Defense." After 3 months the standardization does not seem to have bumped sales much as a matter of fact they have comparatively gone down from the same 3 months last year imagine that. Regards Jack
