If he's in a "no margin" business, or if living wages force him into a "no margin" business, then yes, he should shut it down. It's going to fail anyway, eventually.

Depending on who you talk to as far a living wage, you would end up a big percentage of businesses closing and 10s of millions of people out of work. I fail to see how it improves anything.

I think the solution is more people contributing something rather than more people being on the dole.
