I ended up spending all day today following ZA's troubleshooting procedure. It did not work for me. Now my system is running with ZA 6 turned off, and with XP firewall.

I just sent an Email to ZA Tech Support with detailed description of my case.

Gee! I have not worked so hard on Sunday for a long time.
