I don't see much evidence of a bubble here in the heartland. The RE market seems a bit softer than in the past few years, but not unusually so.

Yet, at the upcoming tax lien sale in my county there are over 8000 properties in arrears, which is almost double from last year. Most of these properties are in less-desirable parts of the city, but there are always a few surprises on the list of delinquent properties.
