The (presumed) added benefit now, is that Google's propeller heads have developed the algorithm that "knows" when you want those $100 tickets to Cozumel. So, in theory, "push" today is a two-way benefit, not just for the seller. No one has ever come close to targeting me aptly. You're right, they will get better at it, but I don't have the patience to put up with their misses, doubt that they will ever get good enough that the value/nuisance ratio goes positive, and I don't want to do anything to encourage them in pursuing this approach. If I wanted news from the internet to be like news from TV, I'd turn on CNN instead of investing in computer technology. I wanna see what I wanna see when I wanna see it and no one can ever make those determinations better than I can. I'll go to Cozumel when I damned well please. <g>
