Conrad, just a stradegy I use, I own the convertible bond and had a partial short going, when it goes up I short some more, when it goes down I buy more back. I like Eagle, however I can't tell the future so its a safer stradegy to owning the common outright. Scott

PS: I was never more than 60% of the convertible short, as it came down I cleared out all of my shorts so I am 100% long by owning only the convertible bond...
